Camellia is hiring a Senior Lawyer to join their office in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel on company law matters, including corporate governance,compliance, and regulatory issues.
• Handle complex civil litigation, including contract disputes, intellectual property, and employment law.
• Represent clients and companies in criminal cases, offering strategic advice and advocacy in high-stakes situations.
• Lead and mentor junior legal staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Develop and implement legal strategies that align with Camellia's objectives and values.

Eligibility

• Extensive experience in company law, civil, and criminal law witha proven track record of successful case outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team of legal professionals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities,with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• A degree in Law and admission to practice as a lawyer in relevant jurisdictions.

Salary/Stipend
