Role and Responsibilities
- Handle Land Acquisition and related legal processes.
- Ensure compliance with Land Acquisition regulations.
- Liaise with relevant government officials for the smooth processing of land matters.
Eligibility
- Graduate + LLB Qualified.
- Thorough understanding of the Land Acquisition Regulations of West Bengal.
- Proficient in deciphering and dealing with Land Acquisition, Conversion, R/S Parcha, L/R Parcha, C/S Parcha, and Land Deeds in both Bangla and English.
- Experience in Due Diligence of Land.
- Ability to liaise with BLRO and West Bengal Land Department Officials.
- Immediate joiner.
- High energy individual.
