Foxhog Ventures Corp. USA is hiring a Senior Lawyer with extensive experience in corporate and contract law to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate, contract, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings.
• Provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and corporate governance matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams and work independently in a hybrid environment.

Eligibility

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in India.
• Extensive experience in Corporate Law and Contract Law.
• Strong expertise in Compliance and Regulatory Affairs.
• Proven experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Intellectual Property, and Litigation.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Experience in technology, finance, or healthcare industries is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
