Details of the Job/Internship
Juricloud is hiring a Senior Lawyer for a full-time on-site role in Hubli. The Senior Lawyer will provide expert legal advice, handle complex legal matters, draft and review legal documents, represent clients in court, negotiate settlements, and manage junior legal staff.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on complex legal matters.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in litigation and court proceedings.
- Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively.
- Manage and mentor junior legal staff.
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and prepare legal opinions.
- Stay updated on legal developments and contribute to the platform’s improvement.
- Work collaboratively with the team while also functioning independently.
Eligibility
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Extensive experience in legal research, analysis, and writing.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.
- Strong negotiation, advocacy, and litigation skills.
- Ability to manage and mentor junior legal staff.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of legal technology and its applications.
