Details of the Job/Internship

Legodesk is hiring a Litigation Counsel to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves providing legal advice, handling litigation matters, preparing legal documents, representing the organisation in court, managing legal risks, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. The position also requires collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve legal and operational objectives.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and address litigation issues.
• Prepare legal documents and represent the organisation in court.
• Manage legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Negotiate agreements and resolve conflicts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet legal and operational objectives.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or higher.
• Membership in the Bar Council of India is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of law and ability to handle legal issues.
• Proficiency in providing legal advice and preparing legal documents.
• Experience in handling cases in courts and understanding court procedures.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with legal software and tools is advantageous.

Salary/Stipend
