Adv. Vandana Shah & Associates is hiring a Senior Lawyer with 7–10 years of experience to join their office in Bandra West, Mumbai Suburban.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice on complex matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Handle compliance, risk management, and legal research.
• Mentor junior lawyers and lead critical cases.
• Coordinate with external counsel when required.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (mandatory), higher legal qualification preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or litigation law.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
