Eversana is hiring a Senior Lead Contracts to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- SFDC opportunity creation and updates.
- Annual price increase contracts review and client memos.
- Various departmental project support requests, i.e. finance projects and business operations projects.
- Creation of contract record in DocuSign CLM via SFDC.
- Monitoring of contract records through the CLM review and completing necessary CLM tasks.
- Creation of SFDC Contact records, both Vendor and Client.
- Research regarding Vendor/Client entity type and jurisdiction.
Eligibility
- Excellent Organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and superior reading comprehension skills are a must.
- Experience in handling SFDC, and CLM is highly desirable.
