Details of the Job/Internship
Clairvolex is hiring for the position of Senior/Lead Patent Engineer with 6-14 years of experience to join them in their Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Perform all patent preparation/drafting related tasks independently with high level of expertise (Inventor Interview, Drafting complete specification with claims, and Preparing high quality patent drawings)
- Perform other patent portfolio development projects such as drafting office action responses, claims review and analysis, invention disclosure review and analysis etc. independently with high level of expertise
- Provide direction and guidance to the team members to ensure impeccable accuracy in all drafts
- Lead patent assignments requiring high level of proficiency and judgment for one or more customers.
Eligibility
- We are hiring for multiple positions, looking for 6-14 years of patent engineering experience with at least 2 years of prior experience in drafting patent applications and/or office action responses (US/EP).
- Should have drafted at least 40 non-provisional patent applications for filing at USPTO/EPO/IPO.
- Should have drafted at least 75 office action responses of patent applications for filing at USPTO/EPO/IPO.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering (ECE/CS/IT/ELE)
- Diploma or other courses in Intellectual Property.
