Details of the Job/Internship
Aerocraft Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Sr. Legal & Contracts Executive with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join its office in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, work-from-office role focused on managing contracts related to building design and procurement services for construction projects, including customer and supplier agreements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and manage customer and supplier contracts related to building design and procurement services.
- Support contract negotiations with customers and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage multiple contracts simultaneously, including documentation and timely renewals.
- Identify and mitigate potential legal and contractual risks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contractual records for ongoing construction projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders across the contract lifecycle.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of experience in legal and contracts roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Experience in contract management, legal research and writing, and negotiation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information and make sound recommendations.
