Details of the Job/Internship

Aerocraft Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Sr. Legal & Contracts Executive with experience of 5 years to join their office in Ahmedabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review contractual agreements and identify potential legal risks.
• Support contract negotiations with suppliers and customers to secure favourable terms.
• Manage multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring regulatory compliance, proper documentation, and timely renewals.
• Analyse complex information and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Assist in managing contractual matters related to building design and procurement services.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferred) or Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Experience in contract management, legal research and writing, negotiation, or a related field.

Salary/Stipend
