Details of the Job/Internship

Cybage Software is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with a minimum of 7+ years of experience to join their office in Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs, SLAs, and licensing deals.
• Oversee litigation matters and represent the company before various courts, labor offices, and forums.
• Manage legal documentation and regulatory compliance for property acquisitions, leases, and development projects.
• Advise on intellectual property strategy, handle trademark filings, and manage licensing agreements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and provide strategic legal counsel to internal stakeholders across departments.
• Prepare and present legal reports, risk assessments, and compliance updates to senior management.
• Mentor junior legal staff and lead cross-functional initiatives within the legal and compliance department.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree (LLM) or Company Secretary (CS) qualification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Indian legal frameworks and corporate law.
• Proven expertise in commercial contracts, litigation, real estate, and IPR.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead teams effectively.
