Details of the Job/Internship

Infra.Health is hiring a Legal Advisor with 5–8 years of experience to join their office in Baner, Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely legal advice on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, and NDAs.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, including court appearances when required.
• Handle litigation matters and coordinate with external legal counsel.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Support internal departments with legal opinions and documentation.
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organisation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports.
• Assist with intellectual property, labour law, taxation, and corporate governance matters.
• Maintain proper records of legal correspondence and contracts.

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognised university.
• Enrolment as an Advocate with the Bar Council is preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in a corporate legal advisory role or law firm.
• Strong knowledge of Indian contract law, labour laws, and corporate law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• High standards of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
• Experience in the real estate or industrial sector is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
