Details of the Job/Internship
LegaLogic Consulting is hiring a Senior Legal Advisor with 4+ years of experience in Corporate and Commercial Laws to join their Corporate Commercial Practice team in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, vendor and client contracts, and service agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client advisory and internal knowledge sharing.
- Stay abreast of developments in corporate and commercial laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counsels on complex legal assignments.
- Contribute to building and updating the firm’s template and legal knowledge repository.
Eligibility
- Strong experience in corporate and commercial laws.
- Deep understanding of contract law, company law, and applicable business regulations.
- Proven drafting and negotiation skills for a wide range of legal documents.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with high standards for legal accuracy and risk assessment.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with high levels of integrity and professionalism.
