Details of the Job/Internship

LegaLogic Consulting is hiring a Senior Legal Advisor with 5+ years of experience to join their Corporate Commercial Practice at the Pune office.

Role and Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, service agreements, and other contracts.
Monitor developments in corporate and commercial laws and regulations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on complex legal matters.
Contribute to legal templates and knowledge resources.
Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and trends.
Interface with senior stakeholders and client leadership.
Mentor junior legal team members and promote collaboration.

Eligibility

Law degree from a recognized institution.
Strong experience in corporate and commercial law.
Expertise in contract and company law.
Proven skills in legal drafting, negotiation, and risk analysis.
Project management and stakeholder communication abilities.
Experience with cross-border matters is a plus.
