Details of the Job/Internship
Mobilab (by Primary Healthtech) is looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Legal Advisor.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on company matters including contracts, compliance, and intellectual property.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Advise the HR department on employment law and policies.
- Assist in dispute resolution and manage litigation cases.
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
Eligibility
- Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited institution (LLM preferred).
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in corporate law or as an in-house counsel.
- Strong understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
