Details of the Job/Internship
McCormick & Company is hiring a Senior Legal Analyst with over 6 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, redline, review, and negotiate Commercial, IP, and Procurement Contracts.
- Oversee Legal Matter Intake and Company Secretarial processes globally.
- Provide leadership, support, and training to the Legal Service Team.
- Drive centralization and standardization of team activities.
- Liaise with legal and functional leadership to ensure service standards are met.
- Establish reporting processes to monitor team performance and identify improvements.
Eligibility
- Law degree.
- Minimum 6 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of legal concepts and terminology, including procurement contracts, IP law, and relevant regulations.
- Experience with global contract management.
- Familiarity with legal technology such as legal matter intake, CLM, and IP docketing.
- Strong team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
