Details of the Job/Internship

Providence India is hiring a Senior Legal Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to join their Hyderabad office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Compile, analyse, and interpret legal data to support decision-making.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports and maintain dashboards.
• Maintain records of contract reviews and contribute to template development.
• Provide Office 365 support for document creation, collaboration, and secure sharing.
• Work with Legal Ops to identify automation opportunities and create macros/tools.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts related to healthcare providers, vendors, and clinical trials.
• Conduct legal research on US healthcare laws and regulations.
• Support drafting of NDAs, MOUs, MSAs, SOWs, and technology agreements.
• Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation measures.
• Assist with process improvements, policy updates, and maintaining legal repositories.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) with strong technical acumen.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a legal support or professional services environment.
• Familiarity with document management systems and workflow tools.
• Experience with legal repositories and operational tools.
• Self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of US healthcare laws is an added advantage.
