Details of the Job/Internship
Providence India is hiring a Senior Legal Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to provide shared legal services and project coordination support to DLA and PGC.
Role and Responsibilities
- Compile, analyse, and interpret legal data and metrics for decision-making.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for DLA and maintain KPI dashboards.
- Provide insights on matter status, contract lifecycle, and outside counsel activities.
- Use reporting tools such as Legal Tracker, iManage, and ServiceNow Intake for data analysis and compliance monitoring.
- Maintain accurate records of contract reviews, redlines, and negotiated terms.
- Contribute to improving contract templates, checklists, and best practices.
- Provide end-to-end Office 365 support, including creating and formatting legal documents, presentations, and reports.
- Assist with document collaboration, secure sharing, and data visualization using advanced Office 365 features.
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive legal information.
- Identify opportunities for automation and develop macros and tools in collaboration with the Legal Ops team.
- Use Power BI for data analysis and presentation.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts related to healthcare providers, payors, vendors, and clinical trials under U.S. healthcare laws.
- Conduct legal research on healthcare laws, U.S. federal and state regulations, and industry best practices.
- Support drafting and review of NDAs, MOUs, MSAs, SOWs, and IT/technology agreements.
- Independently draft and refine standard legal clauses.
- Identify and escalate contractual risks and propose mitigation measures.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal contract-related queries.
- Support process enhancements, policy updates, and best practice initiatives.
- Maintain templates, repositories, guidelines, and training materials.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.).
- 3–5 years of experience in a professional services or legal support environment.
- Familiarity with document management systems and workflow tools.
- Knowledge of legal tools and repositories.
- Self-driven and proactive; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of U.S. healthcare laws is an added advantage.
