Details of the Job/Internship

TTEC is hiring a Senior Legal Analyst with 4–8 years of experience to join its Global Contracts Center of Excellence in Hyderabad. The role involves supporting TTEC’s global business by handling commercial technology contracts, legal advisory, compliance, and contract lifecycle management while partnering with internal legal, sales, and operations teams.

Role and Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, negotiate, and manage commercial technology contracts, including licenses, master services, alliance, strategic partnership, reseller, confidentiality, data processing, professional services, and software-related agreements, along with renewals and amendments.
• Participate in the deal process from inception to closure to balance business growth objectives with risk mitigation.
• Create, improve, and update contract templates and playbooks.
• Research and provide proactive legal advice to support business needs.
• Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and support document management processes.
• Maintain and expand subject matter expertise through continuous learning.
• Support legal and compliance work for EMEA and India regions, as required.

Eligibility

• Qualification: LLB or LLM.
• Experience: 4–8 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Prior corporate and transactional experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department of a multinational corporation, particularly in IT/ITES companies.
