TTEC is hiring a Senior Legal Analyst with 4–8 years of experience to join its Global Contracts Center of Excellence in Hyderabad. The role involves partnering with a global legal and risk team to support TTEC’s worldwide customers and operations, particularly within a high-growth business segment. The position focuses on providing legal support for commercial and technology transactions, supporting sales, operations, compliance functions, and contributing to risk mitigation and operational efficiency through effective contract management and process innovation. The role also includes supporting legal and compliance work for EMEA and India regions as required.
Role and Responsibilities
- Structure, draft, negotiate, and manage commercial technology contracts, including licenses, master services agreements, strategic partnerships, alliance agreements, reseller arrangements, confidentiality agreements, data processing agreements, professional services agreements, and software-related agreements, including renewals and amendments.
- Participate in the deal process end-to-end to ensure appropriate risk management aligned with business growth objectives.
- Create, update, and improve contract templates and playbooks.
- Research and provide proactive legal advice to internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and support document management processes.
- Support internal sales and client-facing teams in engagements with vendors, procurement teams, and external counsel.
- Maintain and expand subject matter expertise through continuous learning.
- Support legal and compliance matters for EMEA and India regions as required.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM degree.
- 4–8 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Corporate and transactional experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department of a multinational corporation, particularly in IT or ITES companies.
- Experience in legal advisory and compliance-related matters.
- Strong business judgment, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
