Details of the Job/Internship

Yum! Brands is hiring a Sr. Analyst, Legal with experience of 5–8 years to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Support the drafting, review, and detailed red-lining of various corporate contracts.
• Ensure strict adherence to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) regarding contract lifecycle management.
• Organize board and shareholder meetings in compliance with mandatory secretarial standards.
• Oversee and manage all necessary compliance filings on the MCA portal.
• Maintain and regularly update the company’s statutory registers and secretarial document repositories.
• Manage departmental administrative matters, including vendor MIS updates and invoice processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal support and ensure project alignment.
• Supervise overall record management to ensure all legal documents are easily retrievable.

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) degree from a recognized university.
• 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in general corporate law.
• Proven experience in company secretarial tasks and MCA portal filings.
• Strong proficiency in contract drafting and legal red-lining.
• Ability to manage administrative workflows and vendor-related documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
