Details of the Job/Internship
Centena Group is hiring a Senior Legal and Commercial Executive to review, manage, and finalize contracts and legal documents across business units and group entities. The role involves risk assessment, stakeholder coordination, and supporting CXOs in negotiations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review terms of various contracts, including customer contracts, supplier agreements, NDAs, and vendor documents, and report risk exposures.
- Assist CXOs in negotiating with external stakeholders to mitigate risks and record residual risks.
- Review, update, and renew ESP-Principal agreements, ensuring timely coordination for renewals.
- Manage documentation for traceability and retrieval as per company requirements.
- Support departmental SLA management and deliverables.
- Report risks in the commercial and legal domain, propose corrective actions, and track mitigation effectiveness.
- Liaise with external lawyers and retainers.
- Prepare, review, and finalize contracts and legal documents in coordination with the Manager – Legal & Commercial.
