Details of the Job/Internship

Findoc is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with 5+ years of relevant legal contracts experience to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, vetting, and redlining various domestic contracts, including service agreements, consulting agreements, SLAs, software subscription agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, financing agreements, and event-related agreements.
• Handling end-to-end NBFC loan and supporting agreements.
• Working closely with sales, marketing, commercial, finance, and event teams.
• Maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Managing the contract management system and legal templates.
• Preparing spreadsheets, MIS reports, and verifying data against source documents.
• Maintaining a filing system and ensuring confidentiality as per DPDA Act.
• Handling IPR-related tasks including filings and searches.
• Maintaining trackers for legal case statuses.
• Initiating legal reports and coordinating with panel lawyers.

Eligibility

• A qualified law graduate (LL.B, BA LL.B (Hons.)) with 5+ years of relevant experience in legal contracts.
• Experience in NBFCs, corporate houses, law firms, or a combination thereof preferred.
• Proficient in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various contracts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
• Highly organized, process-driven, and client-focused.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Experience required with corporate organizations or corporate legal firms only.
