Details of the Job/Internship

EscrowTech India is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with experience in contract management within the IT or BPO industry to join their Chennai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents such as Software Escrow Agreements, NDAs, and Addendums.
• Negotiate agreement terms with customers.
• Respond promptly to customer queries.
• Facilitate the execution of agreements and follow up to obtain signed copies.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Experience in contract management within IT or BPO sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Multicultural sensitivity and ability to engage with diverse clients.

Salary/Stipend
