Details of the Job/Internship

EscrowTech India is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with 1+ years of experience to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review Software Escrow Agreements, NDAs, and Addendums.
• Negotiate agreement terms with customers.
• Address queries received from customers in a timely manner.
• Facilitate agreement execution and coordinate with customers to obtain signed copies.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in drafting agreements and contract management in the IT/BPO domain.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in an on-site setting with analytical review capability.
• Multicultural awareness and ability to interact with global clients.

Salary/Stipend
