Details of the Job/Internship
IndiaLaw LLP is hiring a Senior Legal Associate – Arbitration with experience of 3-5 years to join their office in Fort, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle arbitration cases.
- Draft and prepare legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analyse legal issues.
- Represent clients in arbitration proceedings.
- Coordinate with clients and provide legal advice.
- Ensure that all legal matters are handled efficiently and effectively.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of law and legal issues.
- Experience in legal document preparation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage and handle complex arbitration cases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in arbitration and related legal fields.
- Proficiency in legal research and case management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
