Details of the Job/Internship

SimplyBiz is hiring a Senior Legal Associate – M&A to support its growing transactional advisory practice.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and investment contracts (e.g., SPA, SHA, SSA).
• Conduct legal due diligence for target companies.
• Advise startups on funding documentation and transaction closure.
• Provide legal structuring for domestic and cross-border M&A deals.
• Ensure compliance with sector-specific regulations.
• Support on all ancillary legal documentation related to investments and acquisitions.
