Details of the Job/Internship
Neural IT is hiring a Senior Legal Associate (Non-Litigation) with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Airoli, Mindspace (East), Navi Mumbai. The position is available for both day and night shifts and requires experience in non-litigation corporate legal work and team supervision.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare case summaries and develop cases by managing documentation and discovery processes.
- Draft, review, and finalize non-litigation legal documents, including demand letters and compliance notices.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior legal associates to ensure quality deliverables.
- Review team drafts and provide feedback and guidance.
- Maintain legal records and documentation for audit and compliance.
- Stay updated with laws, regulations, and best practices in legal drafting and communication.
Eligibility
- LLB is mandatory.
- 2–3 years of full-time experience in non-litigation legal work.
- Hands-on experience in drafting demand/legal letters.
- 1–2 years of team-handling or supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent legal drafting, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Immediate joining preferred.
