Details of the Job/Internship

Tavisa Legal is hiring a Senior Legal Associate (Non-Litigation) with 3–5 years of experience. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct title due diligence and verify land/apartment documents.
• Analyze title flow for real estate properties.
• Draft and review LOI, Agreement to Sell, Sale Deed, Joint Venture Agreement, Will, and GPA.
• Ensure compliance with property laws, stamp and registration requirements.
• Upload and manage property documents for registration.
• Stay updated on developments in real estate and property law.

Eligibility

• Law degree: B.A. LL.B. (5 years) / LL.B. (3 years).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience (law firm experience preferred).
• Mandatory: Ability to read Kannada and English.

Salary/Stipend
