Details of the Job/Internship

Simple Energy is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with 5+ years of experience to join their team in India. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and manage legal risks across business operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
• Handle corporate governance and regulatory affairs.
• Oversee litigation management and represent the company when needed.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors.
• Conduct legal research to support strategic decision-making.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the EV or manufacturing sector.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Salary/Stipend
