Details of the Job/Internship

AasaanWill is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join their team in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft customized and legally compliant Wills for diverse clients.
• Conduct on-site visits across Bangalore to assist with Will execution and signatures.
• Handle registration of Wills at the Sub-Registrar Office.
• Engage directly with clients, clarify legal doubts, and assist in onboarding.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on succession planning outreach.
• Act as the primary legal representative in the Bangalore region.

Eligibility

• Law degree (LLB/LLM) from a recognized university (mandatory).
• 2–5 years of experience in legal roles (preferably in succession, property, or client-facing roles).
• Proficiency in English (Kannada/Hindi is a plus).
• Familiarity with SRO processes and notary work (preferred).

Salary/Stipend
