Details of the Job/Internship

Ambience Group is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with experience of 3–5+ years to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents.
• Provide advice on legal issues.
• Conduct in-depth legal research.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Work with internal stakeholders to mitigate risks.
• Resolve legal disputes.
• Ensure adherence to applicable laws and corporate policies.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Law (LLM) is a plus.
• 3–5+ years of legal experience in a corporate or real estate sector preferred.
• Strong expertise in law and legal issue resolution.
• Experience in legal document preparation and review.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws and corporate compliance preferred.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Salary/Stipend
