Details of the Job/Internship

Anand Sharma & Associates is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with experience 5 years to join their office in Central Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Senior Legal Associate will be responsible for appearance before various courts/ tribunals etc including drafting, vetting of SLPs, petitions, and appeals, handling legal issues, utilizing analytical skills, effective communication, and addressing various legal matters on a day-to-day basis.

Eligibility

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of working experience.
• Preferably, recently enrolled Advocate on Record.
• Analytical Skill.
• Communication.
• Strong understanding of Constitution law, Indian Contract Act, Intellectual Property Rights, and other relevant laws.
• Excellent research and drafting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary/Stipend
