Details of the Job/Internship

Anand Sharma & Associates is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join their office in Central Delhi. The role involves preparing legal documents, analyzing legal issues, managing case files, conducting thorough research, and providing expert legal advice to clients. Additional responsibilities include attending court hearings, negotiations, and arbitration sessions, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and standards.

• Prepare legal documents.

Eligibility

• Minimum 8 years of experience, with expertise in indirect tax, power sector, and shipping laws.
• Experience in dispute resolution preferred.
• Proficiency in law and handling legal issues.
• Strong skills in legal document preparation and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research and case management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Membership in good standing with the Bar Council.

Salary/Stipend
