Real Estate/Environment-related litigation before the Hon’ble National Green Tribunal and Hon’ble Supreme Court/Consumer/Civil/Commercial/Aviation and District Court Litigation.
Forums: Supreme Court, High Court (Both Delhi and Punjab and Haryana High Court), National Green Tribunal, NCDRC, SCDRC, DCDRC, HRERA, Appellate Tribunal RERA (Chandigarh), District Courts – Both Gurgaon and Delhi.

- PQE: 7 years and above
The candidate should be proficient in English with good communication skills. Should possess strong drafting and research skills.
Note: Experience in District Courts and Consumer Courts is a must.
