Details of the Job/Internship
Atrangii is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with 3–4 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry to join their Mumbai office. The role involves drafting, vetting, and negotiating contracts, advising the business team on commercial and legal issues, and handling non-litigation legal matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate agreements, including Production Service Agreements, License Agreements, Acquisition Agreements, Contracts, and SAAS Agreements.
- Vet and review all forms of agreements and contracts.
- Advise the business team on legal and commercial issues.
- Draft and respond to notices and complaints.
- Manage all non-litigation legal work.
Eligibility
- L.L.B. degree.
- 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in the media and entertainment industry.
- Knowledge of laws relating to media and entertainment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage strict deadlines and a demanding workload.
