Bathiya Legal is hiring a Senior Legal Associate to join their office in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site role involving drafting and reviewing legal documents, analysing complex legal issues, providing legal counsel, and managing corporate compliance matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Analysing complex legal issues and providing legal advice.
- Managing and advising on corporate compliance matters.
- Assisting in client representation.
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal frameworks.
Eligibility
- Strong background in law with expertise in handling legal issues.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and familiarity with relevant legal frameworks.
- Advanced analytical skills for evaluating legal cases and identifying solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
- Attention to detail with the ability to interpret and analyse legislation and contracts.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- LL.B. or equivalent degree.
- Master’s degree in law preferred.
- Prior experience in corporate law or litigation is an advantage.
