Details of the Job/Internship
BHIVE is seeking a Senior Legal Associate with 3–5 years of corporate law experience to handle commercial contract drafting, capital instrument structuring, and due diligence to work at Bengaluru location.
Role and Responsibilities
- Contract Drafting & Negotiation:
- Draft, review, and negotiate service, vendor, lease agreements, NDAs, MOUs.
- Advise stakeholders to align contracts with business objectives and mitigate risk.
- Legal Structuring – Debt, Equity & Hybrid Instruments:
- Structure and draft documents for capital-raising transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company, securities, and tax laws.
- Due Diligence & Corporate Governance:
- Conduct legal due diligence for investments and partnerships.
- Support governance, statutory filings, and liaise with regulators and counsel.
Eligibility
- LLB (mandatory).
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate law (startups, law firms, or investment advisory preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, and contract law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Salary/Stipend
