Details of the Job/Internship
Cleantech Industry Resources is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with 5+ years of experience to join its offices in Ahmedabad, Noida, or Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
- Standardise EPC, PPA, and related agreements and prepare business toolkits.
- Provide legal and compliance support for strategic transactions.
- Conduct regulatory and compliance research related to the US solar industry.
- Support cross-functional teams including HR, finance, procurement, and business development.
- Develop and deliver internal training on legal and compliance matters.
- Assist with corporate governance, including drafting policies and board resolutions.
- Stay updated on developments in renewable energy law and industry practices.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
- 5+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry.
- Knowledge of renewable energy systems and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
