Details of the Job/Internship
Corrida Legal is hiring a Senior Legal Associate – Corporate & Employment Law with experience of 3–8 years to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and lead meetings independently.
- Provide clear legal advice on employment law and commercial contract matters.
- Finalise employment documentation, including contracts, policies, exit documents, and advisory notes.
- Draft and review commercial contracts such as MSAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, and NDAs.
- Oversee execution across multiple matters, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Allocate work to associates, review drafts, and provide feedback.
- Monitor task trackers, timelines, and enforce process discipline.
- Handle enquiry calls, understand client requirements, and manage proposals.
- Support pre-dispute work, including notices, responses, and negotiations.
Eligibility
- LL.B. qualification.
- 3–8 years of experience in employment law and commercial contracts.
- Exposure to labour codes, including Code on Wages and Social Security.
- Experience in managing client meetings and multiple matters simultaneously.

INR 7,20,000 – INR 12,00,000 per annum
