Details of the Job/Internship

Draft n Craft Legal Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with experience of minimum 6+ years to join their office in Connaught Place, New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage advanced legal documents, including complaints, motions, discovery requests/responses, and contracts.
• Handle end-to-end file management and independently oversee the entire case lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with international clients to ensure clarity, professionalism, and timely updates.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide strategic inputs on complex legal issues.
• Oversee quality control to ensure all deliverables strictly adhere to client-specific guidelines and deadlines.
• Mentor and guide junior associates, contributing to overall team development and knowledge sharing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and productivity benchmarks.
• Ensure consistent compliance with internal production targets and quality standards.

Eligibility

• Law Graduate (LL.B./LL.M.) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in US litigation support, LPO, or a law firm environment.
• Strong understanding of legal procedures and US legal processes (highly preferred).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and legal drafting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with legal research tools is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to work consistent night shifts (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM).
