Role and Responsibilities
- Handle all cases of various diverse fields, and must be competent in drafting, pleadings, and briefing, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court proceedings.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case arguments and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain organized case files and documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal procedures and deadlines.
Eligibility
- Education: LL.B. / LL.M.
- Experience: 9 to 12 Years
