Details of the Job/Internship

EscrowTech India is hiring a Legal Executive – Contracts with experience in IT or BPO contract management. The candidate will handle drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing legal agreements with customers, ensuring timely completion and compliance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents such as Software Escrow Agreements, NDAs, and Addendums.
• Negotiate agreement terms with various customers.
• Handle customer queries in a timely manner.
• Facilitate agreement execution and follow up with customers to ensure timely completion and obtain copies of signed agreements.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with a flair for documentation.
• Experience in contract management within IT or BPO domains.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Multicultural awareness and sensitivity to engage appropriately with colleagues and customers of different nationalities.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
