Holistic Technoengineers Private Limited (HTPL) is hiring for the position of Senior Legal Associate with 6+ years of experience to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and claims related to EPC/Infrastructure projects.
• Support in dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation matters as required.
• Provide legal advisory services to management on regulatory and statutory compliance.
• Stay updated on laws, rules, and regulations relevant to the EPC/Infrastructure sector.
• Collaborate with project, commercial, and finance teams to identify and mitigate risks.

Eligibility

• LL.B. / LL.M. with 6+ years of relevant experience in the EPC/Infrastructure industry.
• Strong expertise in contract management, arbitration, and claims handling.
• Excellent skills in drafting, negotiation, and legal analysis.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within strict timelines.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
