Juspay is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with 2–4 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. The role includes contract review and drafting, legal research, data privacy compliance, and RBI regulatory compliance. The associate will support day-to-day legal operations, liaise with external teams, draft notices and official letters, and provide assistance to other departments.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and draft contracts, conduct legal research, ensure data privacy compliance, and RBI regulatory compliance.
- Manage time, prioritize tasks, and adhere to organizational policies.
- Liaise with external teams, draft notices and official letters.
- Provide legal support to business leaders and other departments.
- Undertake ad hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Eligibility
- Law graduate (preferably from a National Law University).
- 2–4 years of experience in a law firm or fintech corporate.
- Familiarity with data protection.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible and open-minded approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential company material.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively give and receive feedback.
