Details of the Job/Internship
Juspay is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves contract review and drafting, legal research, data privacy compliance, and RBI regulatory compliance. The position also includes supporting day-to-day legal operations, liaising with external teams, drafting notices and letters, and assisting other departments as required.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and draft contracts, conduct legal research, and ensure data privacy and RBI compliance.
- Prepare legal documentation, notices, and official correspondence.
- Liaise with external and internal teams for project and compliance coordination.
- Manage time, prioritize tasks, and adhere to organizational policies.
- Handle ad hoc legal projects and provide support to other departments as needed.
Eligibility
- Law graduate (preferably from a National Law University).
- 2-4 years of experience in a law firm or fintech corporate.
- Familiarity with data protection and RBI regulatory frameworks.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to manage time and handle confidential information effectively.
- Flexible, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
