Lawmax Advocates & Solicitors is hiring for the position of Sr. Legal Associate with experience of 7-8 years to join their Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ability to independently handle cases and manage clients
- Manage team
- Drafting and finalizing pleadings on their own
- Researching and determining the best course of action that can be adopted to provide relief to the client.
- Being updated with changes in laws
- Appearing and arguing matters in court & NCLT at the conclusion - final arguments
- Assisting Partner
