Details of the Job/Internship

LegaLogic Consulting is hiring a Senior Legal Associate for a full-time, on-site role based in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

Draft and review legal documents and agreements.
Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.
Provide strategic legal advice to clients and internal teams.
Represent clients in legal matters where required.
Advise on compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Collaborate with teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of legal matters.

Eligibility

Strong knowledge and expertise in law and legal issues.
Proficiency in legal document preparation and related procedures.
Excellent analytical skills for interpreting and resolving complex matters.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment.
LLB or equivalent legal degree.
Additional certifications in specialised legal areas are an advantage.
Prior experience in a similar legal role is highly desirable.
