Details of the Job/Internship
LegaLogic is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with 10+ years of relevant post-qualification experience to join its Litigation Team in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client relationships and contribute to business development.
- Handle client communications, fee structures, meetings, and calls.
- Strategise and execute litigation matters across multiple domains.
- Oversee court proceedings in line with defined legal strategies.
- Assign, supervise, mentor junior lawyers, and review legal drafts.
- Draft, review, and finalise pleadings, petitions, agreements, and legal opinions.
- Ensure compliance with legal frameworks and risk mitigation standards.
- Lead arbitration, settlement discussions, and dispute resolution processes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree preferred.
- Member of the Bar Council with a valid Sanad.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, advocacy, and leadership skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple litigation matters.
