Details of the Job/Internship
Mahendra Bhavsar & Co. is looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Associate Legal to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Senior Associate Legal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, representing clients in various legal matters, providing legal advice, and conducting legal research.
- Day-to-day tasks include advising clients on legal issues, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients before various quasi-judicial authorities, tribunals, and courts.
Eligibility
- Strong background in Law and Legal Issues.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and drafting.
- Excellent Analytical Skills and critical thinking.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks both litigation as well as documentation.
- Experience in litigation and arbitration is a plus.
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations in Gujarat including a strong foundation on property law and conveyancing.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
